Crotched Mountain is a mid-sized New England ski area that sits on the peak of the same name near Francestown, New Hampshire. The ski area reopened in 2003 after a long period of being closed. The new ski area has 23 named runs with more planned, a vertical of 1016 feet and a skiable acreage of 75 acres. Crotched Mountain Resort

The closest Crotched Mountain lodging to the ski area is at the resort with condominiums with a great view of the slopes. There are twenty-four units, each with full kitchens, fireplaces and washers and dryers. Each unit is decorated with traditional clap board exteriors and features Federal period colors, hearkening back to earlier historic times. For après ski, gather in the communal hot tubs to talk about the latest runs down the slope or head in to The Toll Booth for live bands on the weekends and cold beer and hot food any other time.

Hancock Inn Bed & Breakfast

Hancock Inn has six standard rooms, three cozy rooms, and five superior rooms available for rent. Rooms have the option between a king, a queen, a double, or two twin bed. All rooms in the bed and breakfast have a private bath and air conditioning. Each room is decorated in a unique manner with period-appropriate styles and named after various local celebrities. For example, the Franklin Pierce room is named and decorated after the 14th President, who was a student at Hancock Academy. Additionally, there is a light meal served in the evenings for guests from 6pm to 8pm on Saturday night at Winslow Tavern. The Inn has a heated swimming pool and two sitting rooms, perfect for relaxing or meeting friends after skiing. The décor at the Inn at Crotched Mountain is rustic with wood tones and fresh flowers in every room. The entire inn is located on 65 acres of land, great for an evening walk or a morning constitutional.
